नेशनल इंटीग्रेटिड फोरम आफ आर्टिस्ट्स एंड एक्टिविस्ट्स का गिनीज बुक आफ व‌र्ल्ड रिकार्ड में नाम दर्ज

नेशनल इंटीग्रेटिड फोरम आफ आर्टिस्ट्स एंड एक्टिविस्ट्स ने अपने लक्ष्य को अंजाम तक पहुंचाते हुए गिनीज बुक आफ व‌र्ल्ड रिकार्ड में नाम दर्ज करवाकर कर्ण नगरी का नाम अंतराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चमका दिया। लोहड़ी पर 446 महिलाओं की उनके नवजात बच्चों के साथ प्राम वाक निकालने पर संस्था को यह अनूठी उपलब्धि हासिल हुई है। इससे पहले यह रिकार्ड स्लोवानिया में 2006 में 306 महिलाओं ने अपने नाम किया था, लेकिन अब यह रिकार्ड करनाल की निफा संस्था के नाम दर्ज हो चुका है। खास बात यह है कि लिंगानुपात की समानता को लेकर किए जा रहे प्रयासों को लेकर गिनीज बुक में दर्ज होने वाला भी यह रिकार्ड खास स्थान कायम कर रहा है।

पीडब्ल्यूडी रेस्ट हाउस में आयोजित पत्रकार वार्ता में संस्था के अध्यक्ष प्रितपाल सिंह पन्नु ने इस उपलब्धि का श्रेय कर्ण नगरी को दिया। इससे पहले नवनियुक्त एएसपी हामिद अख्तर का स्वागत किया। प्रितपाल सिंह पन्नु, संरक्षक त्रिलोचन सिंह, महासचिव एडवोकेट नरेश बराना, हरीश शर्मा, अजीत सिंह चावला, कैलाश चंद गुप्ता, एसपीएस चोपड़ा, कृष्ण लाल तनेजा, हरमीत सिंह, विपिन शर्मा, विजय गिरधर, प्रेमचंद हांडा व हरविंद्र पाल चोपड़ा ने इस उपलब्धि पर खुशी जाहिर की।

पन्नू ने कहा कि विश्व रिकार्डधारी होने का प्रमाण पत्र संस्था के पास पहुंच चुका है। उन्होंने कहा कि वह रिकार्ड में नहीं अपने मकसद में विश्वास रखते हैं। यह महिला सशक्तिकरण व लिंग समानता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्राम वाक निकाली गई थी। उनके प्रयास को इस कदर सफलता मिली कि संस्था का नाम गिनीज बुक में दर्ज हुआ। नेफको के चेयरमैन एसपी चौहान, हरियाणा चैंबर आफ कामर्स एंड इंडस्ट्रीज के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष रूप नारायण चांदना, जिलाध्यक्ष जेआर कालड़ा, शिक्षाविद् कुलजिंद्र मोहन एस बाठ, प्रो. सुरेंद्र सिंह बरगोटा व मनजीत सिंह खालसा, कुलदीप सिंह चोपड़ा ने इस उपलब्धि पर खुशी जाहिर की।

आज मुख्यमंत्री मायावती ने मुज़फ्फरनगर का दौरा किया जिसमे सबसे पहले माया का उड़नखटोला आंबेडकर गाँव गंदेरू में उतरा जहा लगभग 15 मिनट तक रुककर विकाश कार्यो का जायजा लिया जिसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री अपने हैलिकोप्टर से पुलिस लाइन पहुची ! मुख्यमंत्री मायावती ने गार्ड ऑफ़ आनर लेकर सबसे पहले थाना सिविल लाइन पहुची वहा उन्होंने फाइले और रिकोर्ड की जाच पड़ताल की उसके बाद जिला चिकित्सालय का निरिक्षण किया जहा सब ठीक ठाक रहा उसके बाद मोहल्ला रदास पूरी में पहुची

मायावती ने मोहल्ले की गलियों में पैदल चलकर जायजा लिया वही ख़ुशी की मुद्रा में छतो पर खड़े मोहल्ले वासियों की और हाथ हिलाकर उनका अभिनन्दन स्वीकार किया ! मुख्यमंत्री का काफिला सदर तहसील पहुचा जहा का निरिक्षण करने के बाद मायावती काशीराम आवास पहुची छतो पर मौजूद जनता ने मुख्यमंत्री पर फूल बरसाकर उनका स्वागत किया वही मुख्यमंत्री ने भी हाथ हिलाकर उनका अभिनन्दन स्वीकार किया ! उसके बाद मायावती का काफिला वापस पुलिस लाइन पहुचा जहा से उन्होंने सहारनपुर के लिए उड़ान भरी कुल मिलाकर मुज़फ्फरनगर में मायावती यहाँ के कार्यो और वयवस्था से संतुष्ट दिखाई दी ! वही मुख्यमंत्री के जाने के बाद अधिकारियों की जान में जान आई !

The final day of the 9th Chandigarh State Golf Championship 2010-11

Sh. JS Cheema President CGA with With Prize Winners.

Chandigarh : Sanjay Pahwa : On the final day of the 9th Chandigarh State Golf Championship 2010-11 organized by Chandigarh Golf Association, 77 golfers teed off.

In open category Abhijit Chadha with a score of 144 was declared the winner and collected the Championship running Trophy. Ankur Yadav, due to better back nine score was the Runners up and Jagteshwar Singh 2nd Runners up with a score of 158.

Open category Ladies, Rabiya Gill took the Championship Running Tropy with a score of 158. Jaipreet Ghuman was second with a score of 159. Pauline JM Singh the was 2nd Runners up with a score of 165.

In category A Tarundeep Chadha with a score of 146 was the winner and Paramjeet Yadav with a score of 160 finished 1st Runners up and Prabhdeep Ghai claimed the 2nd Runners up position with 162 strokes.

In category B Harsh Gangwar with with a score of 155 was declared the winner and Firoz Garewal on 158 finished 1st Runners up and Jairaj Sandhu secured the 2nd Runners up position with 164 strokes.

In category C, Adil Bir Singh was winner with a score of 157 and Karandeep Kochhar finished 1st Runners up with 158 followed by Jaiveer Snadhu in the 2nd Runners up position with a score of 166.

In category Under 14 year Girls Ashi Jain, was the winner with a score of 191 with Vasundhra Thiara was 1st Runners up with a score of 208 followed by Ashmeet Saini 2nd Runners up with a score of 229.

In category D Aadil Bedi at 163 was declared the winner followed by Chinmaya Mahajan at 187 and Simarjeet Chadha also at 187 finished as 2nd Runners up.

Ms. Usha Naidu will conduct the Assembly representatives of Youth Congress on February 19.

Chandigarh, Sanjay Pahwa – Haryana Pradesh Youth Congress president Rao Chiranjiv said that the in-charge of Youth Congress affairs of Haryana Ms. Usha Naidu will conduct the interviews of the Assembly representatives of Youth Congress on February 19.

While giving this information here today, Rao Chiranjiv said that all the 90 Assembly representatives had been urged to assemble at Haryana Congress Bhawan, Chandigarh at 10 am. He further said that the responsibilities would also be assigned to the Assemble representatives, so the Youth Congress could become more active and responsive.

The Youth President said that under the sagacious leadership of All India Congress General Secretary, Mr Rahul Gandhi the Youth Congress throughout the country had become more active and the workers feel honored themselves by associating with such dynamic personality. The Youth had also got vibrant leadership which was essential to motivate the young generation.

Rao Chiranjiv also greeted the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of 634th Birth Anniversary of Great Saint Guru Ravidas. He said that Guru Ravidas had motivated the people to follow the principle of workmanship and stressed the need for strengthening mutual brotherhood in the society. He said that Guru Ravidas was of the view that the salvation could be attained by by worshiping the God by the core of the heart not following the superstitions and orthodox.

The Youth President said that under the able leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupender Singh Hooda all round development of the state had been ensured and Youth Congress was getting guidance time to time from HPCC President Mr. Phool Chand Mullana. He further said that efforts had been made by the Youth Congress to be more responsive towards the people during last eight months.

9th Chandigarh State Golf Championship-2010-11

Chandigarh : Sanjay Pahwa - 9th Chandigarh State Golf Championship-2010-11 was inaugurated today by Mr. BS Gill President Chandigarh Golf Club and 80 amateur golfers from Chandigarh teed off.

In open category the leader is Abhijit Chadha at 72 followed closely by Jagateshwar Singh 76 Parvinder Singh 81, In Ladies open category Rabiya Gill leads with a score of 79 closely followed by Jaipreet Ghuman 83.

In A category Tarundeep Chadha played an excellent round of gross 74 followed by Paramjeet Yadav at 81. In category B Feroz Garewal with a score of 80 was the leader followed by Jairaj Sandhu at 82.

In category C Adil Bir Singh with a score of 77 lead from Karandeep Kochhar at 78 followed by Kartik Digvijay Singh (83). In category D Aadil Bedi was leading with a score of (81) followed by Simarjeet Chadha (91).

In category 14 year below Ashi Jain was leading with a score of 96 followed by Vasundhara Thiara at 111.
