फेसबुक के 75 लाख यूजर्स 13 साल से कम उम्र के

युवाओं में तेजी से लोकप्रिय हो रही सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट को लेकर चौंकाने वाले परिणाम सामने आए हैं। अमेरिका में कराए गए एक सर्वे के मुताबिक, फेसबुक के करीब 75 लाख यूजर्स 13 साल से कम उम्र के हैं, जबकि यह उम्र सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए वैध नहीं है। अमेरिका में यूजर्स से जुड़े मामलों के प्रकाशक कंज्यूमर रिपोर्ट ने सर्वे में यह जानकारी दी। इनमें 50 लाख से अधिक बच्चों की उम्र 10 साल या इससे भी कम है। इनमें से ज्यादातर के माता-पिता उनके अकाउंट नहीं देखते। इनमें से करीब दस लाख बच्चों को पिछले साल परेशान किया गया, धमकी दी गई और वह साइबर अपराध के भी शिकार हुए।

दुनिया में करीब 50 करोड़ से अधिक लोग फेसबुक से जुड़े हैं। अकाउंट बनाते समय इसमें सबसे पहले जन्म तिथि मांगी जाती है और निर्धारित उम्र से कम के आवेदनों को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाता है। पर बच्चे अपने जन्म की गलत तारीख देकर फेसबुक से जुड़ जाते हैं। फेसबुक का इस्तेमाल करने वाले केवल 18 फीसदी अभिभावकों ने अपने बच्चों को फेसबुक मित्र बनाया है। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि जो माता-पिता अपने बच्चों के फेसबुक इस्तेमाल करने के विरोधी हैं उन्हें साइट से कोई मदद नहीं मिल सकती। संघीय इलेक्ट्रानिक गोपनीयता कानून के मुताबिक, फेसबुक किसी किशोर के अकाउंट को सिर्फ इसलिए बंद नहीं कर सकता कि उसके माता-पिता ने इसकी अपील की है। कंज्यूमर रिपोर्ट ने सलाह दी है कि अभिभावकों को या तो उनके किशोरवय से कम उम्र के बच्चों के अकाउंट की जांच करना चाहिए या कम उम्र के बच्चों से संबंधित उसकी रिपोर्ट का हवाला देते हुए फेसबुक से ऐसा करने को कहना चाहिए। गौरतलब है कि सोशल नेटवर्किग साइटों को लेकर दुनियाभर में कई अन्य तरह के सर्वे भी किए जा चुके हैं। अधिकतर सर्वेक्षण में यही तथ्य सामने आया है कि ज्यादातर युवा ही इस तरह की साइटों की तरफ आकर्षित होते हैं, हालांकि अब बुजुर्गो का आंकड़ा भी बढ़ा है।

समुद्र में चीन ने कर दिखाया अदभुत कारनामा

चीन ने दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा समुद्री पुल बनाया है जिसकी लम्बाई 41.58 किलोमीटर है। यह चीन के पूर्वी हिस्से में किंग्दो से हौंग्दो जिले को जोड़ता है।समाचार एजेंसी सिन्हुआ के अनुसार अधिकारियों ने बताया कि किंग्दो समुद्री पुल को वाहनों की आवाजाही के लिए जून में खोल दिया जाएगा। इसक निर्माण वर्ष 2007 में प्रारम्भ हुआ था।

इस समुद्री पुल के निर्माण पर करीब 1.4 अरब डॉलर की लागत आई है। इसका निर्माण कार्य पूरा होने के बाद किंग्दो और हौंग्दो के बीच की दूरी 30 किलोमीटर कम हो गई है। इसकी वजह से यात्रा के समय में करीब 20 मिनट की बचत होगी।

इस समय दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा समुद्री पुल अमेरिका के ऑरलियन्स में है जिसकी लम्बाई 38.2 किलोमीटर है।चीन में अभी सबसे बड़ा समुद्री पुल झेजियांग प्रांत में हंगजू समुद्री पुल है जो जियाझिंग और निंग्बो प्रांत को जोड़ता है।

हरियाणा में वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा लागू की गई भूमि अधिग्रहण नीति विश्व की सबसे बेहतरीन नीति है

रोहतक के सांसद दीपेन्द्र हुडडा ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश के किसान भूमि अधिग्रहण मामले में हरियाणा की तर्ज पर मुआवजे की मांग कर रहे हैं और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से इस मांग को मनवाने के लिये वे दूसरी बार संघर्ष की राह पर हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार उनकी मांगे मानने की बजाए संघर्षरत किसानों पर लाठियां बरसा रही है जो कि लोकतंत्र के खिलाफ है।सांसद आज करनाल जिला में अपने दौरे के दौरान असंघ उपमंडल के शाहपुर गांव में एक विशाल जनसभा में लोगों को सम्बोधित कर रहे थे। इससे पूर्व उन्होंने इसी गांव में 2 करोड़ 54 लाख रुपये की लागत से तैयार उत्तर हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम के 33 के.वी. नये बिजली घर का उदघाटन किया। इस मौके पर करनाल के सांसद डाक्टर अरविंद शर्मा व मुख्य संसदीय सचिव जिले राम शर्मा उपस्थित थे। नये बिजली घर के चालू हो जाने से शाहपुर, सिरसी, हेमदा और दादूपुर के 1518 घरेलू तथा 919 गैर घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को अबाधित व बेहतर क्वालिटी की बिजली मिलेगी। सांसद ने कहा कि हरियाणा में वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा लागू की गई भूमि अधिग्रहण नीति विश्व की सबसे बेहतरीन नीति है। इसके तहत किसानों को उनकी जमीन के बदले उचित मुआवजे के साथ-साथ 33 वर्षो तक रॉयलटी दी जाती है और हर वर्ष रॉयलटी में बढ़ोतरी किये जाने का प्रावधान है। यही नहीं इस नीति की विशेषताओं से प्रभावित होकर देश के प्रधानमंत्री डाक्टर मनमोहन सिंह व यू.पी.ए. की अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी ने इसकी प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा था कि दूसरे राज्यों को भी इस मामले में हरियाणा का अनुकरण करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि आज उत्तर प्रदेश में संघर्ष कर रहे किसानों पर वहां की सरकार लाठियां बरसा रही है जो कि लोकतंत्र के खिलाफ है। हरियाणा प्रदेश में भी ऐसे ही पूर्व की इनेलो सरकार ने बिजली बिल माफी की मांग को लेकर आंदोलनरत किसानों पर गोलियां चलवाई थी, जिससे कई किसान शहीद हो गये थे लेकिन प्रदेश के वर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह हुडडा ने किसानों से बिना वायदे किये उनके 1600 करोड़ के बिजली बिल माफ किये और किसानों के हित के लिये अनेक योजनाएं लागू की। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह हुडडा की कार्यशैली और जनहितैषी नीतियों का जिक्र करते हुए सांसद ने कहा कि हरियाणा में विकास के नये आयाम विकसित हो रहे हैं और हरियाणा कृषि, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, बिजली, समाज कल्याण और खेलों के क्षेत्र में निरंतर प्रगति कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह हुडडा ने आज से साढे छ: साल पहले हरियाणा को देश का नम्बर वन प्रदेश बनाने का सपना देखा था उसमें काफी हद तक सफल हुए हैं और इस पर अभी बहुत कुछ करना बाकी है। उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा के विकास को देखते हुए केन्द्रीय योजना आयोग ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि देश में कर्नाटक, गुजरात व हरियाणा विकास के मामले में अग्रणी प्रदेश है और हरियाणा इनमें सबसे आगे है। उन्होंने बताया कि न्यूनतम श्रमिक मजदूरी और मनरेगा के तहत मजदूरों को दी जाने वाली मजदूरी में हरियाणा देश में पहले स्थान पर है। श्री दीपेन्द्र सिंह हुडडा ने असंध के विधायक व मुख्य संसदीय सचिव हरियाणा श्री जिले राम शर्मा के कार्यो की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि इन्होंने पिछड़े क्षेत्र असंध के विकास के लिये कांग्रेस में शामिल होकर सही समय पर सही फैसला लिया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिले राम शर्मा हमेशा असंध के विकास के लिये सोचते हैं। इस अवसर पर करनाल के सांसद डाक्टर अरविंद शर्मा ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह हुडडा का 36 बिरादरियों के लोगों की तरफ विशेष ध्यान है और हर क्षेत्र का बिना भेदभाव के विकास करवा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह हुडडा, प्रधानमंत्री डाक्टर मनमोहन सिंह व यू.पी.ए. की अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सोनिया गांधी की विकासपरक नीतियों पर चलते हुए हरियाणा को तेजी से विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर करने में कोई कोर कसर नहीं छोड़ रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि श्री दीपेन्द्र सिंह हुडडा भी हरियाणा के युवाओं और उनके अधिकारों के लिये हमेशा संघर्ष करते हैं। उन्होंने श्री हुडडा के सामने मांग की कि रोजगार के मामले में भी इस क्षेत्र के लोगों को बराबर का हिस्सा दें ताकि बेरोजगारी दूर हो सके

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य संसदीय सचिव श्री जिले राम शर्मा ने श्री दीपेन्द्र सिंह हुडडा का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि हरियाणा प्रदेश आज हर क्षेत्र में अग्रणी बना हुआ है चाहे वह किसानों की फसलों का उचित भाव देने की बात हो, खेल क्षेत्र में की गई घोषणाएं, गरीब बच्चों के लिये छात्रवृत्ति तथा गन्ने के न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में बढ़ोतरी की बात हो। उन्होंने कहा कि आज प्रदेश में समान रूप से विकास कार्य हो रहे हैं और पिछले 50 वर्षो से पिछड़ा हुआ असंध क्षेत्र भी विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर है। श्री हुडडा से पहले किसी भी सरकार ने असंध क्षेत्र के विकास की ओर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया था।

श्री जिले राम शर्मा ने कहा कि धान की बिजाई से पहले अगले कुछ ही दिनों में करनाल जिला में 5 सब स्टेशन चालू हो जायेंगे। इनमें 132 के.वी. सब स्टेशन रम्बा व ब्याना, 33 के.वी. सब स्टेशन कालरम, सीतामाई व ददलाना शामिल हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि जिले के गांव शाहपुर व शेखुपरा में 4 करोड़ 54 लाख रुपये की लागत से 33-33 के.वी. सब स्टेशनों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा हुआ है। इन दोनों सब स्टेशनों के चालू हो जाने से लोगों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में बिजली मिलेगी।

सांसद दीपेन्द्र हुडडा के समक्ष शाहपुर गांव में ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा रखी गयी मांगों का समर्थन करनाल के सांसद डाक्टर अरविंद शर्मा व मुख्य संसदीय सचिव जिले राम शर्मा ने किया। सांसद हुडडा ने उनकी मांगों को स्वीकार करते हुए गांव शाहपुर से डबरी सीमा से होता हुआ कैथल रोड तक ईंटों का पक्का रास्ता, गांव शाहपुर में जरीफाबाद सीमा तक ईंटों का पक्का रास्ता, गांव के तालाब की चारदीवारी व अनुसूचित जाति की दो गलियों के निर्माण कार्यो के लिये 45 लाख रुपये की राशि एच.आर.डी.एफ. व मनरेगा योजना के तहत करवाने की घोषणा की। इसके अतिरिक्त गांव में पी.एच.सी. व गांव की मैट्रो लाईन सीधी शाहपुर बिजली घर से जोडऩे की मांग पर कहा कि जो संभव होगी उसे पूरा करवाने का प्रयास किया जायेगा। इसके पश्चात सांसद दीपेन्द्र हुडडा ने गांव शेखुपुरा में भी 2 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बने 33 के.वी. सब स्टेशन का उदद्यााटन किया। इस मौके पर जिले राम शर्मा की मांग पर सांसद हुडडा ने गांव अलावला से पाढा तक की सडक़ का निर्माण कार्य निजी कोष से करवाने की घोषणा की।

The BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car was unveiled today at Deutsche Motoren by Mr. Praful Patel, Honorable Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises. The German Ambassador to India, Mr. Thomas Matussek was present as the Guest of Honour.

BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is a road ready, four seater concept sports car that combines the performance and emotional character of a BMW M Car with extraordinary fuel economy and emission management. BMW Vision EfficientDynamics with its outstanding fuel efficiency of 26.5 kilometres/litre and an exemplary CO² emission rating of 99 grams/kilometre is far superior to all conventional hybrid cars. Power Finance Corporation Limited (the “Company” or “Power Finance”), a Navratna financial institution focused on the power sector, is proposing a further public issue of 229,553,340 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a price per Equity Share (including “share premium”) to be decided through the Book Building Process ("the Issue"). The Issue comprises a fresh issue of 172,165,005 Equity Shares by the Company (the “Fresh Issue”) and an Offer for Sale of 57,388,335 equity shares by the President of India, acting through the Ministry of Power, Government of India (the “Selling Shareholder”). The Issue comprises a net issue to the public of 229,277,876 Equity Shares (the “Net Issue”) and a reservation of 275,464 Equity Shares for subscription by eligible employees (the “Employee Reservation Portion”). The Issue would constitute 17.39% of the post Issue paid-up equity capital of the Company and the Net Issue would constitute 17.37% of the post Issue paid-up equity capital of the Company.

The Price Band has been fixed between ` 193 and ` 203 per Equity Share. A discount of 5% to the Issue Price determined pursuant to completion of the Book Building Process has been offered to Eligible Employees (the “Employee Discount”) and to Retail Bidders (the “Retail Discount”). The minimum Bid Lot will be 28 Equity Shares and in multiples of 28 Equity Shares thereafter. The Issue closes on Friday, May 13, 2011. Discount is not offered on application, but on Allotment. The excess amount paid on application will be refunded to such Bidders or will be unblocked from their ASBA Accounts as the case may be, after Allotment.

Up to 50% of the Net Issue will be allocated on a proportionate basis to QIBs (the “QIB Portion”). Further, 5% of the QIB Portion shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Mutual Funds only. The remainder of the QIB Portion shall be available for allocation on proportionate basis to QIBs including Mutual Fund, subject to valid bids being received from them at or above the Issue Price. In addition, not less than 15% of the Net Issue will be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Non-Institutional Bidders and not less than 35% of the Net Issue will be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Retail Bidders, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Issue Price. Any Bidder may participate in this Issue through the ASBA process by providing the details of the ASBA Accounts in which the corresponding Bid Amounts will be blocked by the SCSBs.

The Equity Shares being offered as a part of the Fresh Issue through the Red Herring Prospectus are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.

The Book Running Lead Managers (“BRLMs”) to the Issue are DSP Merrill Lynch Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited and JM Financial Consultants Private Limited.
