Tourism authority of Thailand is pleased to announce the launch information of Bangkok's biggest Indian restaurant 1000 seater "Asoka".
Indian food at work, originally uploaded by gregoirevdb. The ambitious project of a young man, Karan who already owns two Indian restaurants in Bangkok, Asoka is his latest venture to be launched. Located close to Siam Niramit Show is "Asoka," Bangkok's biggest yet Indian Restaurant.
This massive restaurant is divided into 4 sections; visible from the road is Asoka - the a la carte dining section. This has private rooms recessed from themain restaurant too.
Then there is the group dining facility which can house upto 500 persons at a time. This is targeted at wedding groups, leisure groups, mice groups and media events.
Aiana is Asoka's VIP lounge. This is a space for 120 -140 persons and has a dance floor and a bar. Surrounded by mirrors, this is a cool place to hang out for MICE groups and groups of friends.
"Asoka under the stars" is the restaurant's hookah and cigar lounge which is open air and located between the a la carte and group dining sections.
