Chandigarh,Sanjay Pahwa:
Three persons including a woman and a child, were reportedly run over by a rashly driven private college bus near Sector 28 light point. The deceased have been identified as Anita (32 years), Jatin (14years) & Mandip (20 years) . Twelve more people part of the 150 strong nagar kirtan Jatha were also injured. This jatha was going on foot to Nadha Sahib Gurdwara from Chandigarh when this mishap happened. Some of the people from the jatha set the bus belonging to a private college, ablaze. The bus was completely gutted. The driver of the bus fled the spot, but the coductor was arrested. Top Administration & Police official reached the spot to control the situation. The injured & the dead were taken to PGI & Sec.16 General Hospital.
