Dr.Anshu Kataria (35) Elected as President of 40 years old Chandigarh Management Association (CMA)

 History has been created today in Chandigarh Management Association (CMA). Dr.Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges has been selected as President of CMA. This is first time in 40 years history of CMA that a 35 years old young leader has been chosen for such a prestigious post. Dr.Kataria is Doctorate from University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh and is running Aryans Group of Colleges on Chandigarh-Patiala Highway, near Chandigarh.
 The winning team includes Dr.Manoj K.Sharma (Vice-President), Mr.M.L.Garg (Joint Secretary), Ms.Madhulika Kak (General Secretary) and Mr.A.K.Verma (Treasurer). The other Executive members are Mr.Amarjit Singh Tanda, Mr.Arun Kumar Gandhi, Mr.Balwant Gurunay, Dr.Niraj Pasricha, Dr.T.L.Kaushal, Mr.J.N.Vohra, Mr.Jagtaran Singh Nayyar and CA Mr.Vivek Goyal.Dr Zora Singh (Desh Bhagat), Dr.Aneet (Gian Jyoti) & Gurvinder Singh Bahra (Rayat & Bahra) were also elected as Organizational member.
Addressing the CMA, Dr.Kataria said that with the cooperation of other members, he would make CMA as the best among India’s Management Associations. He further said that he would work for widening the membership base of CMA and also to make it financially strong. Before that, Annual general Meeting of CMA took place where Dr.Gulshan Sharma (President, CMA) & Sh.J.N.Vohra (Genera l Secretary) addressed the members of CMA.
Established in 1966, CMA is a registered society affiliated to the All India Management Association (AIMA). Aimed at promoting professional management concepts amongst management fraternity representing Industry, Trade and Academia of the Chandigarh and its adjoining satellite cities the association has more than 400 members.
Young and enterprising Kataria has achieved several milestones in his short career of over a decade where he is running a successful Business School. He also plans to expand his horizon by making a foray into engineering and nursing colleges from the current academic session. His vision to make a difference in the field by equating quality and excellence with performance has helped Aryans Business School being considered among the reputed business schools of the region.
