Chandigarh : Sanjay Pahwa - 9th Chandigarh State Golf Championship-2010-11 was inaugurated today by Mr. BS Gill President Chandigarh Golf Club and 80 amateur golfers from Chandigarh teed off.
In open category the leader is Abhijit Chadha at 72 followed closely by Jagateshwar Singh 76 Parvinder Singh 81, In Ladies open category Rabiya Gill leads with a score of 79 closely followed by Jaipreet Ghuman 83.
In A category Tarundeep Chadha played an excellent round of gross 74 followed by Paramjeet Yadav at 81. In category B Feroz Garewal with a score of 80 was the leader followed by Jairaj Sandhu at 82.
In category C Adil Bir Singh with a score of 77 lead from Karandeep Kochhar at 78 followed by Kartik Digvijay Singh (83). In category D Aadil Bedi was leading with a score of (81) followed by Simarjeet Chadha (91).
In category 14 year below Ashi Jain was leading with a score of 96 followed by Vasundhara Thiara at 111.
