CHANDIGARH : SANJAY PAHWA
1. On dated 20.02.2011, the staff of PCR vehicle Romeo-03 was on patrolling duty in the area of Sector-31, Chandigarh. At about 7:10 PM, they received message from the control room that two boys age about 19-20 years, one of them wearing black T-shirt and another wearing green strips shirt had snatched purse from Sh. Sanjay Kumar near Kali Wadi Mandir traffic light point and had fled away. The staff noticed two boys of that description running towards Ram Darbar. The PCR staff took prompt action and apprehended both the boys. They informed the control Room and further handed over the said accused persons to officials of Police Station-31, Chandigarh. A Case U/S 392, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. 31, Chandigarh against both the accused i.e Tinku S/o late Sh Om Parkash and Sitaram S/o Sh Rameshwar both residents of Ram Darbar, Chandigarh.
2. On 21.02.2011 morning, the random checking was conducted by zonal inspector PCR and report was submitted to senior officers regarding duties of PCR officials
