A Case U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. 11, Chandigarh. Police is investigating.
Mrs. Anju R/o SCF No. 13, FF, Sec-19-D, Chandigarh reported that two unknown person occupants of M/cycle who ran away after snatching complainants purse containing Bank Draft worth Rs. 50/- and one cheque worth Rs.5000/- of PNB, from near Palika Bazar, Sec-19, Chandigarh on 25-4-2011. A Case U/S 356/379 IPC has been registered in P.S. 19, Chandigarh. Police is investigating.
Ms. Puja R/o Vill. Kansal, Distt. Mohali reported that Rajinder Sharma R/o # 3406, Sec-38, Chandigarh, who was caught while stealing complainant’s purse containing Rs. 200/- and one I/card, from her Scooter No. HR-51AJ-7159 near Palika Bazar, Sec. 19, Chandigarh on 25-4-2011. A pedestrian Mohan Lal R/o # 974, Saini Vihar, Baltana was hit by unknown car, in between Hallo Majra to Poultry Farm Chowk on 23-4-2011. He got injuries and admitted in GMCH, Sec-32, Chandigarh. A Case U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. 31, Chandigarh. Police is investigating.

Sunil Kaul R/o # 2293/1, Sec-35-C, Chandigarh reported that some one has stolen four gold bangles, one gold bracelet, one gold mangal sutra, one gold set with earring, one gold coin, 16 gm Gold, five gold chains, three gold pendants, two gold rings, three pair gold earrings, one pair gold ear chain, one camera, one silver key holder, two silver karas and cash Rs.9700/- from his house during the night intervening on 24/25/-4-2011. A Case U/S 380/457 IPC has been registered in P.S. 36, Chandigarh. Police is investigating.
Geeta Ram R/o # 1113, Sec-42-B, Chandigarh alleged that one unknown Motorcyclist ran away after snatching purse from his wife which contains cash Rs. 200/- and one Nokia mobile phone and some documents from Sector- 36/37 D/road on 25-4-2011. A Case U/S 356/379 IPC has been registered in P.S. 36, Chandigarh. Police is investigating.
